Osedea is currently looking for a stellar recruiter to contribute to our overall recruitment strategy, source candidates and own our recruitment processes, to help us grow our world-class team. As a recruiter at Osedea, you will own candidate experience from end to end, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.

Your role

  • Oversee and lead candidate experience from start to finish
  • Source talent to deliver a solid hiring pipeline
  • Screen talent in collaboration with our recruiting team
  • Manage the whole selection process ensuring both candidates and Osedea’s stakeholders are well taken care of
  • Evaluate our recruiting methods and analyse the effectiveness of our tools

What we are looking for

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology industry
  • A proven strategic and analytical sense, not only executing on current recruiting needs, but building strategies and plans for the future
  • A natural organiser that can self-manage and collaborate effectively to achieve goals
  • Experience working with ATS systems and features (LinkedIn Talent Hub)
  • Alignment with Osedea’s values
