Business development for English markets (Canada and United States)

We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative individual to fill the position of Business development for the English market at Osedea Montreal. The ideal candidate is someone who, like us, wants to make the world a better place by building sensational digital products. It’s also someone who will relish the opportunity to take our agency to the next level in terms of business development. This position requires strong experience in B2B sales at the C-level, with the capacity to participate in various strategic and operational activities of the firm. This position requires a results-driven outlook, sharp thinking, an innovative spirit, above-average planning and execution skills, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business landscape.

Role overview

  • Generating qualified leads and converting them into clients.
  • Participate in setting up the vision and sales strategy for Osedea.
  • Meeting the revenue targets of the firm.
  • Building a network of executive relationships with potential customers and partners
  • Participating in the overall company strategy

The ideal candidate has

  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in digital services.
  • Bilingual (strong english speaking and writing skills)
  • University degree in marketing, business administration, or another relevant discipline
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Experience in C-level sales (Ex: COO, CTO, CFO, CEO)
  • History of success driven by results
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, with strong management capacity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Have expertise or deep interest in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, content creation)
  • Have expertise or deep interest in marketing automation
  • Have a good understanding in software development and SDLC
  • Have an obsession with working more efficiently.
