Usability testing
Evaluating a product or service by testing it with representative users gives us real insights before development begins. During a test, participants will typically be asked to accomplish tasks while observers watch, listen, and take note of patterns.

Testing validates design direction by helping us to identify undesired behaviours, uncover opportunity areas, and learn about the target user's preferences which allow us to make targeted improvements. Benefits include:
