We're often asked what makes us different. We are privileged to work in an industry where a lot of our peer companies are great. That pushes us to continue offering the best work environment and pushing our industry always further.

  • Financial well-being: We contribute to your RRSP pension plan to help you build long-term financial security, because the future you, matters too. In addition, we offer a profit-sharing bonus and give you access to personalized financial advice through our financial partner.
  • Dreams come true: After two years with us, you’ll receive $5,000 and an extra week off to pursue a personal passion or project that matters to you.
  • Building Families: Our program includes 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave and up to $20,000 to support fertility or adoption journeys, making us one of the few companies in Quebec to offer this.
  • Health, wellness, and peace of mind: Beyond our health, dental, and telemedicine coverage, we offer a 50% reimbursed spending account (up to $1,000) for wellness and productivity tools. 
  • Time off that truly recharges: In addition to our complete vacation package, we offer five additional days to make summer long weekends extra long. These were designed so you can unwind, explore, and reset. Plus, you can take up to 15 unpaid days per year without affecting your benefits or vacation.
  • Your schedule, your choice: Work remotely, from the office, or a mix of both. We trust you to choose what works best for your productivity, business needs and your well-being.
  • Work from anywhere: Take your work to a new setting for 2 to 8 weeks per year, whether that’s your family home, a mountain cabin, or a tropical island.
  • Keep learning, keep growing: We offer hands-on opportunities to experiment with new tech, attend conferences, and continuously learn, no matter your role or seniority.
