Our 2025 time capsule
2025 was an exceptional year. It brought inspiring encounters, international events, human connections, team adventures, and strong community engagement. One more year, we were able to rely on our team, our clients, and our community to deliver meaningful projects together.
A meeting with an inspiring leader
In April, we had the privilege of welcoming Olympic medalist Marie-Philip Poulin to our offices for an intimate gathering with our clients, partners, and team members. It was a memorable evening shaped by the authenticity of an exceptional athlete.
Marie-Philip shared a vision of leadership that was both simple and powerful. Two ideas resonated in particular: pressure as a privilege, a sign that what we do truly matters, and the importance of collective strength.

International reach
In 2025, our expertise extended well beyond Canada. In Paris, we had the privilege of being part of the Canadian delegation at VivaTech, Europe’s largest technology event, led by Scale AI. As Canada was honored as Country of the Year, this presence allowed us to take part in high-level discussions on the future of artificial intelligence, design, robotics, and software engineering.
Through panels, conferences, and strategic meetings, our team shared a practical vision of AI applied to real-world challenges and strengthened relationships with European partners and key players in the global ecosystem.
ALL IN 2025: AI in the real world
In September, ALL IN once again exceeded our expectations. Martin Coulombe took the stage alongside Steven Ricciardi to present our collaboration with MoCA Cognition and demonstrate how AI can transform the early detection of cognitive diseases such as Alzheimer’s. It was a meaningful project that clearly illustrates how technology can improve people’s lives.
Over two days, our booth was brought to life through demonstrations of innovative projects, the presence of our robots, and rich conversations with the ecosystem. We also took part in several AI tours organized by the Conseil de l’innovation du Québec, multiplying opportunities for dialogue around concrete applications of artificial intelligence.

OsedeaFest 2025: reconnecting and growing together
For four days in the Azores in October, our team stepped away from daily routines to reconnect and reflect together. Between the quarterly meeting, collaborative workshops, and activities such as hiking and canyoning, OsedeaFest 2025 created a space for open dialogue, trust, and alignment.
This type of initiative reflects how we see things at Osedea. Investing in the team is not a perk alongside the work. It is a fundamental condition for collaboration, learning, growth, and delivering innovative projects.

Solidarity and social impact
This year, we continued our commitment to giving back to the community, notably through the Refuge des Jeunes de Montréal and La Fondation Véro & Louis. Through donations, volunteering, and collective initiatives, our team mobilized in a concrete and sustained way.
For example, we took part in the Refuge Week, during which 25 team members dedicated 131 hours to planning, cooking, and serving more than 240 meals for youth experiencing homelessness, providing support and relief to the Refuge’s staff. In total, nearly 80 percent of the team participated in at least one initiative through donations and or volunteering. We are proud to have donated $25,000 to these organizations and to support projects that make a real difference. Giving back is an integral part of our responsibility and our culture.

Projects that defined 2025
In 2025, our expertise took shape through concrete projects that had a real impact on people’s daily lives and on organizations. We supported Journey Capital in modernizing the SME experience, contributed to medical research with Tricchome for the CHUM Research Centre, and made real estate more accessible and intuitive through the new Centris application. Our artificial intelligence projects also reached new milestones. With MoCA Cognition, we helped make early detection of cognitive diseases possible, and with Genius Solutions, we modernized their ERP using agentic AI, transforming it into a smarter and more automated system.
These projects illustrate our approach, combining creativity, technical rigor, and a deep understanding of needs to deliver concrete solutions that support growth, accelerate processes, and push the boundaries of technological innovation in 2025.
A year focused on the future
2025 showed us that innovation is not measured solely by technology, but by the ability to connect, inspire, and collaborate. Thank you to our team, our clients, and our partners for making this year exceptional. Together, let’s continue pushing the limits of what is possible.
